Shipping cost and time

Most shipping needs 6 to 12 business days.

All shipments are carried out by UPS and rates are depending to the location and quantities. 

Order Processing

Each item that is purchased requires a specific warehouse processing time before your order can ship from our facility. Transit time begins once the order has completed this processing time and has shipped from our facility.

Orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

*Please note: During sale and holiday periods, you may experience extended processing times up to 5 business days.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please ensure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly as we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Please note that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. Shipping charges will not be discounted or refunded.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, We reserve the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information and your tracking number. Simply click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment. This email also serves as your official receipt. 

Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please follow the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it or your package is in transit longer than the advertised timelines above, please contact the shipping carrier Canada Post to address the issue directly with them. myCanadastore does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier or delivered later than the advertised timelines above. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered or packages delivered later than the advertised timelines above.

We will always do our best to assist you, but myCanadastore does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
